In 1978 Johann was commissioned by Sol Kerzner to present an architectural design concept by his architect Babba Selsic, to the Government of Boputhaswana, for the Sun City casino license project.

Over the next 30 years Multivisio presented six more successful casino license applications in South Africa and presentations for Kerzner International in Hong Kong, Morocco, London, Leads, Manchester and Liverpool.

The Swan-song was the presentation to the Sheikh of Dubai for the Atlantis the Palm project. Multivisio was also presented the fundraising for $1.2 m for the project.
